7 HEALTHY HABITS

5 CORE PRINCIPLES


    You have heard me rant and rave about the R3 Weight Loss Plan (click on R3) throughout social media. How R3 saved my life from the yo-yo diet universe and the physical trauma from Ozempic.  It is a huge transformation. R3 also has dealt with the emotional and mental trauma of eating and an eating disorder. The weight loss is a byproduct of the plan goal. The goal is to get to a place of health and freedom based on 7 simple habits that when you integrate into your daily lifestyle your life will change and change for the better. 

Here is the breakdown:

7 Healthy Habits:

     

    1. Community...breaking the walls. Being able to feel free to connect with people and share thoughts, actions, daily activities, church functions, phone calls to friends, social media, connecting with your family... however, the community reaches out means to you. It is crucial to form new connections every week. It builds confidence and teaches how to remove toxic relationships and learn to love outside of boundaries.

    

     2. Nutrition...implementing the R3 Core Principles in your life. Reset, Reintroduce, and Real Life. Building healthy eating patterns that don't sabotage past behaviors. Breaking chains that have bound you in the areas of the diet mentality. Learning how to manage a daily lifestyle with food and eating at the appropriate times.

        

    3. Supplementation... incorporating the right combination of supplementation in your daily life. Preferably, supplementation that builds all the systems in the body. Gut Health, Mental Clarity, Fighting Inflammation, while reducing the formation of free radicals to fight infection and boost your metabolism.

    

     4. Hydration... Consuming 8-10 glasses of water or some sort of hydration that flushes toxins out of the body and builds the circulation in the blood, proper function in all body systems is crucial. Reduces the potential of dehydration to the brain, gut, and central nervous system.

    

     5. Exercise... Movement. Movement is a key weight loss factor. It increases endorphins, lowers cortisol (stress hormone), helps with sleep (another key factor in weight loss), and builds a strong immune system. Incorporates a community factor. Plus, it all around makes you feel healthy. Even if exercise is 1x a week.

    

     6. Silence... Take time out of your daily life, whether it be in the morning, afternoon, or evening. However, that looks like you are trying to implement it. It will change your life. Sit in your chair on your porch, close your eyes for 10 seconds, and mentally visualize your surroundings...so many ways to do this. (It will change your life)

       

     7. Sleep... You need 7-8 hours of sleep a day. That is what your body asks you to give it. It cannot function on all 4 cylinders if you don't give it that gift. You may think you can survive on 3-5 hours, but take a step and re-evaluate how your day is going. Are you exhausted and can take an hour's nap by 3 pm? Headaches? Stomach problems, chronic pain, and chronic disease. Go to bed a little early to get that extra time each day. You will be shocked.


These 7 healthy habits look daunting when written down and broken up, but they are crucial to a healthy lifestyle of weight loss. Even if the food portion of R3 seems tough, focus on the 7 Healthy Habits. You will never look back. R3 Weight Loss Plan  , in essence, isn't a weight loss plan at all; it is a program that gives you the stability you need to have Health Freedom. As a health coach and soon-to-be Natural Health Practitioner, I have researched and applied these concepts and principles in my own life and practice and would like to give you the same opportunity that was given to me.
